All betpar accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals when using supported Pakistani payment methods. betpar does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently.
All bets placed on betpar are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled except as permitted under specific in-play cancellation policies where applicable.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on betpar. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, or player account status. betpar reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at any time without prior notice.
betpar reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, manifest pricing error, match-fixing, or where the integrity of an event is called into question. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's betpar account balance.
Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international Test matches, and T20 internationals, are governed by betpar's cricket-specific betting rules available within the Sports section of the platform. betpar settles cricket markets based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.
betpar offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms detailed on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your betpar account carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (for example, 10x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate.
betpar reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting pricing errors. Accounts found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
All bonuses and free spins on betpar carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been played through within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any promotion before accepting it.

betpar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or any other loss or damage resulting from your reliance on the platform or its content.
betpar does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate device security and internet connectivity when accessing betpar.
Where betpar's liability cannot be excluded by law, betpar's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betpar account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your betpar account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals processed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
betpar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a risk to betpar or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, account balances may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betpar's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betpar platform shall first be referred to betpar's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in betpar's licensing framework.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
betpar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
